SD300型自动吸尘钢板打磨机,由一台220V及380V二种,分别为2.2千瓦、3 千瓦，该机器通过两根不同型号的三角皮带驱动打磨滚筒和吸尘器两大部分，分别同步工作。

滚筒可以随意安装宽度为300mm的24#、36#、80#、100#砂带。滚筒每分钟的转速为1880转。

木板打磨机除锈打磨机应用范围：

I 水泥地坪打磨

1、安装24# 金刚砂纸可以打磨水泥地表面的砂浆层，灰末自动吸入布袋内。使地表平整毛躁,批好的腻子易于渗透地面深度，增强油漆与地面的缠绕和贴粘性，油漆不易脱落起皮。

2、批好腻子的表面会出现颗粒或气泡，在滚筒上改换100# 或80# 砂皮可以代替人工打腻，效率高，效果好，特别做自流平或环氧树脂地坪的工程，表面效果更佳。

II 塑胶跑道及球场打磨

1、安装 24#金钢砂纸可以打磨复合型塑胶底层的再生胶粒，使胶粒更加板扎、紧凑。表面平整毛躁，便于橡胶与颗粒的贴粘性。

2、.陈旧的塑胶场地颗粒如果已经脱落，用24#金钢砂纸打磨处理，使旧塑胶场地表面平整毛躁，再重新铺装塑胶粘接度极好。

III 处理硬质表面的污迹打磨

1、磨筒上安装 24#金钢砂纸，可以打磨清除因建筑或装潢而遗留在地面的石膏、水泥的残留物。

2、可以清除打磨，陈旧的厂房、仓库、篮球场及各种运动场地面的油污、油漆，使地面整洁如新，便于二次地面装修。

3、用24#金钢砂纸打磨3m 以上的钢板除锈，用 100# 金钢砂纸翻新抛光。

安装/调整/使用/操作

I 安装砂纸

1、把前盖打开，转动滚筒露出夹紧砂带的斜槽，将 10mm 内六角扳手插入两面侧的调节杆螺母内孔(扳手一定要插到底)，各自向反时针方向旋转，直至砂带斜槽张开到最大空隙。何为最大? 一看斜槽是否张最大口;二看两侧螺母边沿的缺口是否相背上下形成一条直线状。

2、将剪好的砂带平整均匀地套在滚筒上，同时将砂带两端均匀地插入夹砂带的斜槽内，一直插入到砂带与滚筒服贴无空隙为佳。这时再用内六角扳手将夹砂纸的斜缺口是否相对上下形成一条直线。

II 调整

拉起升降杆，插上电源开启电源开关，(如果使用380V电机时，滚筒应朝箭头所指方向转动，否则调换电源线路。)再放下升降杆，打磨开始工作。

III 使用

向前打磨时升降杆可以完全放下，向后倒退打磨时，右手控制升降杆，根据电机的负荷适当提升或降杆。

IV 操作

需要停止工作时，先拉起升降杆，让磨筒空转，再关闭启动开关。

铁板抛光机船甲板除锈机注意事项：

I 记得注意，打磨机往前推不要反转；

II 线不要绷太紧，使用期间保持线非紧绷状态；

III 建议用3*6平方国标电缆线；

IV 机器使用一段时间记得休息一会，天气太热避免发烫。

V 打磨机磨地板时，注意不要硬磨，建议多磨几次。

SD300 type automatic dust-absorbing grinding machine consists of 220V 2.2kw and 380V 3kw type.The machine drives the  grinding drum and the vacuum cleaner through two different types of V-belts separately but synchronously.

Applications:

I Cement floor sanding

1. After SD30 is installed with 24mesh emery paper, it can grind the mortar layer on the cement floor surface, and the ash is automatically sucked into the cloth bag. The first purpose is to make the surface smooth and frizzy so that the approved putty can easily penetrate the ground depth. The second purpose is to enhance the winding and adhesion between the paint and the ground, so that the paint is not easy to fall off and peel.

2. If particles or air bubbles appear on the surface of the putty, we can replace it with 100mesh or 80mesh sand skin on the roller instead of manual greasing, especially for self-leveling or epoxy resin floor projects, the surface effect is better .

II Plastic track and court polishing

1. Installing 24-mesh gold steel sandpaper can polish the regenerated rubber particles on the bottom of the composite plastic, making the rubber particles more compact and compact. The surface becomes flat and frizzy, which is convenient for increasing the adhesion of rubber particles.

2. If the old plastic site particles have fallen off, it can be polished with 24 mesh gold steel sandpaper to make the surface of the old plastic site smooth and frizzy, so that the re-paved plastic has excellent adhesion.

III Stain sanding for hard surfaces

1. The 24-mesh gold steel sandpaper is installed on the grinding cylinder, which can polish and remove the gypsum and cement residues left on the ground due to construction or decoration.

2. It can remove the oil stains and paints on the ground of old factory buildings, warehouses, basketball courts and various sports fields, making the ground clean and tidy, which is convenient for secondary ground decoration.

3. Use 24 mesh gold steel sandpaper to polish the steel plate over 3 square meters to remove rust, and then use 100 mesh gold steel sandpaper to refurbish and polish.

Installation/Adjustment/Use/Operation

I Install sandpaper

1. Open the front cover, turn the roller to expose the chute for clamping the abrasive belt, insert a 10mm hexagonal wrench into the inner hole of the adjusting rod nut on both sides (the wrench must be inserted to the bottom), and rotate each counterclockwise until the abrasive belt The chute opens to maximum clearance. How to judge the maximum clearance? One is to see if the chute has the largest opening; the other is to see whether the gaps on the edges of the nuts on both sides face each other and form a straight line.

2. Place the cut abrasive belt evenly on the drum, and at the same time insert both ends of the abrasive belt evenly into the chute for entraining the abrasive belt, until the abrasive belt and the roller are snugly attached and there is no gap. At this time, use the inner hexagonal wrench to check whether the oblique notch of the sandpaper is relatively up and down to form a straight line.

II adjustment

Pull up the lifting rod, plug in the power and turn on the power switch, (if using a 380V motor, the roller should rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow, otherwise replace the power line.) Then put down the lifting rod and start grinding.

III use

Lift bar can be fully lowered when grinding forward. When grinding backwards, the right hand controls the lifting rod, and the rod is properly raised or lowered according to the load of the motor.

IV operation

When it is necessary to stop working, first pull up the lifting rod to let the grinding cylinder idle, and then turn off the start switch.

Machine Notes:

I Remember to pay attention that the motor should not reverse when the grinder is pushed forward;

II Don’t stretch the thread too tight, keep it in a non-tight state during use;

III It is recommended to use 3*6 square national standard cables;

Remember to take a break after using the IV machine for a period of time, and avoid getting hot when the weather is too hot.

When the V grinder grinds the floor, be careful not to grind it hard. It is recommended to grind it back and forth several times.
